#### Rad Conversion LUT files
Convert between RTTOV and MODTRAN values at various temperatures.
These allow existing code to work with RTTOV results.  These also
now include the content of the Brightness Temperature LUT files
and are used to convert between radiance and temperature when making
the ST band.

Template files for top of tape5 file used as input to MODTRAN.

Template files for bottom of tape5 file used as input to MODTRAN.

### Other files 
#### std_mid_lat_summer_atmos.txt
Standard atmospheric parameter file (height, pressure, temperature, relative
humidity) used as input to MODTRAN.

#### aster_ged_tile_list.txt
List of tiles in the ASTER GED database, used to avoid attempting to
access tiles that aren't available.

#### coefficients.txt
Coefficients for ASTER GED, CAMEL, and Split Window.
